If selected, Textron Systems Canada will provide the overall program management and execute the Industrial Regional Benefits (IRB) program. It is anticipated that, if selected for the TAPV program, Textron Systems Canada will add more than 300 long-term jobs across all the Canadian provinces, continuing Textron’s long history of industrial partnership in Canada.

“We are happy to have Neil back with Textron Systems to lead our operations in Canada,” said Textron Systems President and Chief Executive Officer Fred Strader. “Neil’s understanding of the Canadian military and Canadian defense needs, combined with his proven leadership capabilities and broad experience with Textron, will allow us to support our Canadian customers with speed and superb execution.”
